I initially attempted Kabocha squash around 4-5 years back, and it's been my favourite autumn food ever since. It's better and creamier than some other squash. It's difficult for me to eat other squash types due to the amount I adore Kabocha.
Ingredients
1/2 cup of cooked, mashed Kabocha squash (chilled -can be substituted with sweet potato)
1 cup of frozen chopped ripe bananas
1/2 cup of rice milk (can be substituted with any other non-dairy milk)
1 cup of filtered water
10 drops of CBD oil (optional)
5 small pitted dates
Method
1.Add all of the ingredients to the blender.
2.Blend until smooth and creamy.
3.Enjoy :)
